Customer Service

All general inquiries should be directed to the Site Manager’s office, located next to Café Sillar Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5.30pm.

Lost property is kept at the Site Manager’s office for a period of 3 months and if not claimed is forwarded to the Salvation Army.
 
Parents Rooms/Mother's Room

Baby change facilities are located adjacent to the Male and Female toilets next to Café Sillar. The room contains a nappy change table, feeding area plus adult and children’s toilet. Baby change facilities are also available in Freedom.
 
Parking

Our 1,600 extra-wide parking bays make getting small children in and out of your car easy.

Toilets

Male, Female and Disabled toilets are located next to Café Sillar.
