Customer SERVICES

  • All general inquiries should be directed to the Centre Management office, located opposite Bing Lee, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5.00pm.


    Lost property is kept at the Centre Management office for a period of 3 months and if not claimed is forwarded to the Salvation Army.

  • Our 1,600 extra-wide parking bays make getting small children in and out of your car easy.

  • Designated disabled parking bays can be found throughout the centre's car park

  • Crossroads Homemaker Centre does not currently have public telephones available to our customers.

  • Baby change facilities are located adjacent to the Male and Female toilets next to the Centre Management office (opposite Bing Lee). The room contains a nappy change table, feeding area, plus adult and children’s toilet. Baby change facilities are also available in Freedom.

  • Crossroads Homemaker Centre does not currently have Internet Facilities available to our customers.
